  • Account Information. Your Yarbo ID and related account details, including email address (or phone number, based on the country location), password, account status, or other information for account verification.The password you have set will undergo data anonymization.
  • Device Information. When activating Yarbo products, request for after-sales service, upgrade the firmware, you may provide us with information about your Yarbo device, including model and serial number.
  • Contact Information. Information may be provided when you place an order with Yarbo,or connect us for customer services,such as name,Email, correspondence address, shipping address, phone number, or other contact information.
  • Payment Information. When you purchase the product from Yarbo, Information about your billing address and method of payment may be collected, such as bank details, credit, debit, or other payment card information,and other informations that you may provide when purchasing.
  • Transaction Information. Data about purchases of Yarbo products and services or transactions facilitated by Yarbo, including purchases on Yarbo platforms. Examples are the serial number and model of the product you purchased, the place and time at which the product was purchased, whether the product has been repaired, the type of service purchased, information about the purchase order, and the record of our communications with you about your product.
  • Survey and demographic information.Such as your age, family information, employment information (such as position, location, etc.), and your product preferences and service preferences.

  • Application Data.When you download or use any of our applications, we will collect or obtain personal data when you download or use any of our products or services related applications.

  • Log information Data. In order to understand the operation of the equipment and services and to troubleshoot software and hardware failures, we collect log information about the website and robot hardware, such as information about the browser type, hardware device model, hardware serial number, time stamp of the failure, IP address, pages opened when used at the time of the failure, and other software or hardware information related to the failure.

    Other information provided by you: For example, when you create a Yarbo ID, purchase and/or activate a product or device, download a software update connect to our services, contact us, participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of information.

    2.2 Automatic Information

    We automatically collect information when you use a computer or other device to access, interact with, or use YARBO products.

    The Data from YARBO products: Location, equipment status, operating area and operating time of YARBO Product.

    Video record Data: In order to explore the operation environment, avoid obstacles, and design the route while operating, the products equipped with a camera will collect video information of the environment where the products are located .We need you to grant us access to the camera and storage permissions on your device and collect the uploaded video information after recording. You acknowledge and agree that when the device is connected to the network,the videos and visual logs recorded by the camera will be uploaded.The videos and visual logs you provide may contain personal information about you and other individuals in the environment where the products are located. So please be careful when you set and place the product when you are requested to provide this information. Please note we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any breach of other individuals'privacy and personal information because of your incorrect operation.

    The Data from base station:Address location information and status of RTK. The status of RTK refers to the current operating status of the RTK receiver. It includes the following information:

    Signal strength: Displays the strength of the satellite signals received by the receiver, usually measured in dB-Hz.

    Positioning mode: Indicates the current positioning mode used by the RTK receiver, such as single-point positioning, differential positioning, or RTK positioning.

    Positioning accuracy: Represents the accuracy of the position information obtained through RTK technology, typically measured in meters.

    Number of satellites: Shows the number of satellites currently visible to the receiver. A higher number of satellites can improve the accuracy and reliability of positioning.

    Solution status: Indicates the status of whether the RTK receiver has successfully computed the position information, such as "computing" or "solution achieved."

    Operational status: Indicates the overall operational status of the RTK receiver, such as "normal" or "faulty."

    These pieces of information can help users understand the performance and availability of the RTK system, as well as monitor the real-time accuracy of position tracking.

    2.3 Identifying Data without storing it.

    Identifying data without storing it may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

    You can make a request to delete personal information to us at support@yarbo.com in the following circumstances:

    Our processing of your personal information violates mandatory provisions of laws, regulations, etc.

    We collect and process your personal information without your consent.

    We collect and process your personal information in breach of our agreement with you.

    A product, service of ours ceases to operate and is no longer available to you.

    You no longer use our products and services.

    If we decide to respond to your request for removal, we will stop providing you with the product or service.

    Please note that because of applicable laws and security technology, we may not be able to immediately remove the corresponding information from the backup system. In this case, we will store your personal information securely and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be erased or anonymization is achieved. You need to understand that when you withdraw your authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the specific features and/or services for which you have withdrawn your authorization.

    In principle, we do not charge a fee for your reasonable requests, but we will charge a cost fee for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, as appropriate.
